Increased sales levels has created this opportunity at our well-established Marine dealership. We are seeking an energetic and organized individual to fill the position of F&I Specialist while acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to advance to F&I manager in 3-5 years.
Duties will entail processing credit apps, creating deal files, entering contracts, coordination with customers, lenders and insurance companies, document preparation, processing, funding and follow up.
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Dealership experience a plus. Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail are a must.
We offer, $15- 18 per hour plus commission depending on experience/skills.
401k with strong Company match.
Paid vacation and holidays. Training to provide advancement. Flexible work schedule during off-season (Sept-Jan)
